On our way to our last safari camp, our plane stopped at the Retiti Elephant Conservancy. It takes in elephants for a variety of reasons: abandonment by mother, illness, death of mother, etc. It was very interesting. It has a huge budget – the San Diego Zoo is one of the major benefactors.

Campbell sent this posting he saw on Instagram after returning home. Inspiring!
And then we were off to our final stop — Enasoit Camp. Notice that the plane did not have an extender so John held it for awhile……but he got tired and came up with a genius idea; he locked me to the seat next to him!
Planes are small, aren’t they?
Off to the conclusion of our trip, but certainly not boring or insignificant. It was filled with adventure!
I write blogs about the places my husband and I visit just to tell my family and friends about the trip and to show the pictures of what we visited.
